Dear Friends, My new computer tends to block e-mails with attachments or anything it considers...'suspicious' If you have sent me an e-mail and not received a response with 24 hour it is likely I did not receive it. USFRS OWNER CONTACT POLICY

THE USFRS PRICES ARE THE SAME AS THE OWNERS PRICES...NO MARK UP

Owners list their horses with the USFRS so that their privacy is assured.
- Please be courteous and respect that privacy.

Owners trust the USFRS to pre-screen the buyers and provide all preliminary sales information.
- Please utilizes all the resources provided by the USFRS before asking for owner introduction.

Buyers receive In-depth breeding and training information as well as free help and professional advice in choosing their correct horse.

Buyers are never charged any fees. The owner pays the small USFRS commission out of the sales price, prices are not marked up.

Once a buyer has been provided with all the necessary information, (Video, bloodlines, training, price, etc)
USFRS will then provide an introduction between you and the owner.
The owner will be called by the service given your brief bio as to what type of home you can provide etc. and be told that you will be calling to make arrangement to view the horse in person.
The buyer will then be given the owner contact and be notified by the service that the owner is expecting a call.

The only time the initial steps are skipped by the service is if the interested buyer lives close enough to go see the horse in person, without ordering video etc. You will still receive an introduction from the service.
- Owners list with the service for its excellent reputation, and valuable service, please do not take it upon yourself to 'track owners down' they really do not appreciate it.
- Once a buyer is given owner contact the USFRS falls back in to position of advisor only, The final sales negotiations and decisions are completely between you and the owner. ( the owner at all times retains the right to refuse to sell to a buyer)
