GUARANTEES: If an item is faulty or breaks, after your 10 days, I can offer no guarantee. These items are all manufactured in Europe and they do not guarantee their work. If an item is determined to break from faulty manufacturer (please send item or clear photographs, and explain the conditions) withen 30 days of use. We will offer you a good discount on the purchase of a new one, or a voucher towards a future purchase.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:
Any item may be returned in unused sellable condition within 10 business days of the item(s) Arriving at your mailbox (tracked by shipping date) for a full refund or exchange.
All items MUST BE RETURNED by USPS priority, Insured mail, FED EX or UPS Insured and accompanied by the return form. If you did not receive a Return Form CLICK HERE to print one.

Items returned dirty, damaged, or returned after the 10 days WILL be subject to a 10-50 % restocking /cleaning fee, or may not be eligible for a refund at all. If you are planing on returning item and you are close the to 10 days please call me and let me know the item is being returned promptly. All al items should be placed inside a bag before going in the box to help keep them clean and dry.

NOT RETURNABLE ITEMS: BROKEN ITEMS FROM INCORRECT USE, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, USED/CONSIGNMENT, ANTIQUES, VIDEOS, BOOKS, DVD's, BITS THAT HAVE BEEN IN A HORSES MOUTH, SUPPLEMENTS, LEATHER CLEANER, BATH AND BEAUTY ITEMS THAT ARE LIQUID OR POWDER. EBAY SOLD ITEMS THAT ARE NEW CAN BE EXCHANGED ONLY.

TAGGED ITEMS: BRIDLES/PADS/HALTERS: RETURNS MUST HAVE ANY ORIGINAL TAG ATTACHED. REMOVING TAG, OR TAMPERING WITH TAG, WILL VOID YOUR RETURN.

CHANGE YOUR MIND?? You can receive a refund PRIOR to item shipment, but it will be minus any on-line /Credit card fees that I have incurred.

EXCHANGE ITEMS: must be accompanied by $5.00 for shipment of the exchange item, if it is small and $9.00 for large (bridles) or heavy items (bits, stirrups).
WHITE BRIDLES/ITEMS: Keep white items in bags and only try them on a clean horse!

CREDIT CARD NUMBERS: Credit card numbers and personal information, is not kept on file, or shared with anyone. When you use the secure checkout I cannot even access the credit card numbers.
